Cindi Cardwell is an energetic, engaging and enthusiastic professional coach, teacher, trainer and facilitator. As a former Director of Human Resources for a national corporation, Cindi has had the opportunity to experience different corporate and non-profit enviroments as an employee, as a counselor and executive coach. She brings a blend of life experiences, listening and coaching skills to individuals and organizations providing human effectiveness training throughout the Southwest.

She has an extensive knowledge base of the body, mind, emotions and spirit of human beings. Her passion is to help you discover your own truths and insights in order for you to achieve greater professional and personal effectiveness. Cindi has provided mental health services to hospitals, non-profit agencies and in her private practice. She is involved in several national and community organizations and was a member of Leadership El Paso, Class 23.

Cindi holds a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from Texas Tech University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Arizona, and a member of the American Counceling Association.
